FAQ

Does this plugin slow down my website?

Definitely not! The plugin do not load any files or scripts on the frontend site except few lines of css styles if you enable admin bar on frontend.

Can I give admin access to my clients by hiding some menu items and few other elements?

Yes, the plugin have Privilege user access. With which you can hide menu items and widgets to other administrator users.

Can I show or hide any menu items from my clients?

You can hide any menu items from the dasboard. But you cannot show menu items to users whose user role don't have enough permission to access those menu items. For example, you cannot show "users" menu to user with editor role because by default editor role doesn't have enough capability to access users page.

Can I use this plugin for multiple clients or projects?

On envato, all items are single site license. You need to purchase individual license for each of your client or project. So for a second website for a same client, you should buy a second license.

Can I have updates for the plugin?

Yes, you can get free lifetime updates for the plugin.

Is the plugin compatible with other 3rd party plugins and themes?

We did not tested with every plugins and themes available on the internet. But we have tested and is compatible with most popular plugins like Woocommerce, Contact Form 7, WP Super cache, W3 Total cache, WPBakery page builder, Jet pack, BBpress, Slider Revolution, and Yoast seo.
